Change at CPLG

Search for us on eBay with these initials C&PLG

It has taken a bit of discussion and prodding but it looks like as of Feb 1st we will be using C&PLG as the new initials to type in the ebay search box and find our listings.

You see, for a very long time we have used CPLG and it worked like a charm.... until ebay made some changes in their search process. At first we noticed a few plumbing accessories mixed in with our handmades. It seems cplg is also the abbreviation for coupling, as in pipes. We wondered if "Garage Guy" (as we fondly nicknamed him ) noticed his pipe fittings were nestled among Raggedy dolls, stitcheries, candle mats, painted goodies etc. We joked that perhaps he would shop with us for his wife or girlfriend as he looked over his listings.

Then we noticed he had more listings than we did and it really cramped our advertising style! The group's wonderful handmade items were scatterd over a couple pages of nut tubes, PVC in assorted sizes, pipe fittings, valves, hose couplings and none of them primitive! lol

This was not the shopping experience we wanted for our wonderful customers and so we have decided on this little change. A few gals have already started using the new initials in their listing titles and we all plan on being on board by Feb 1st. So remember, when you are searching for wonderful handmade pretties type C&PLG in the search box on any ebay page and prepare to be delighted!

New Creations for 2010

We've had so much snow and cold here lately in the Midwest, I've found a bit more time for some new creations. I thought I'd get back into a bit of cross stitchin', yep, pulled out that 'ol magnifying glass and went right to work!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Another year is winding down... just a couple more days and we'll be into 2010! I can hardly believe how fast the time goes by! I tell ya, this last year was something else. There were so many.. let's say, 'challenging' things that happened this year... however, God knows what He's doing and the blessings that came out of the trials are enormous and incalculable.

I have met so many wonderful new prim friends this year, as well as the deepened friendships I've had of many years. I thank you one and all for your support, for sharing tears and laughter, for being there for each other in our ever changing lives... even though we've never met face to face.

I pray for a tremendous 2010 for each and every one of you! Cherish family and friends and if you don't know Him, I pray you will this year. Our God is an awesome God! Have a blessed New Year's and be safe, my friends.
