Pray for Dixie

 

My son-in-laws gramma, Dixie, is having major heart surgery this morning. If you can please take a moment to pray for Dixie and all those working on and caring for her, it would be much appreciated. Her doctor even told her that he would be praying with and for her, before..during..and after all this. That's an awesome blessing in itself!  Dixie is 75 years young and such a godly woman... she is more concerned about everyone else than herself.

Looks like we're supposed to have a few days of warm weather before the bottom drops out for the weekend. Down in the 30's in the evenings... brrrrr.

Today at church, our pastor said something about the Bible that I wanted to share...

"It's the only book you can read and talk to the author at the same time!"

I love that!
